摘要
综述了对中国奥运冠军学术研究的成果,旨在理清中国奥运冠军的研究脉络,提出奥运冠军后续研究的建议.结果显示:从84年至今对奥运冠军的学术论文共计48篇,与其热度不相符;研究涉及到奥运冠军成长结构特征等方面,但仅仅局限于其特征表面,缺乏结构特征之间的横向联系,对1984-2012年全部奥运冠军缺乏系统研究;关注了奥运冠军退役后的社会流动,但未能分析其流动的影响因素,流动特征与结构特征之间存在的联系;了解了冠军的代言状况,但状况的成因及其对人才结构优化启示未能涉及;奥运冠军的价值是无容置疑的,如何使这种价值持续保持、发挥更长远的影响未能关照.在此基础上,提出了对奥运冠军的学术研究有待深入研究的议题.
This paper summarizes academic research results of China’s Olympic Champions for the purpose of clarifying the research venation of China’s Olympic Champions and putting forward several suggestions for future studies on Olympic champions.The result shows that there have been totally 48 pieces of academic achievements on Olympic champions’ study since 1984,inconsistent with its popularity;The research involves the characteristic of Olympic champion’s growth structure,but it is only limited to the characteristic surface,and lacking horizontal linkages between structural and characteristics,meanwhile,systematic study on all the Olympic champions from 1984 to 2012 is lacking;the relationship between mobility characteristics and structural characteristics of Olympic champions’ social mobility after their retirement was paied attention,influencing factors can not be analzed.To understand Olympic champions’ endorsement conditions,but it can not involve in the reasons and enlightenment of talents structure;Olympic champions’ value is beyond doubt,but it can not involve in how to keep this value consistent and play a more long-term impact.On this basis,deep research field for Olympic champion was poposed.
