摘要
中原油田濮深21井目的层深4549.1~4769.3m,层跨度大且分散、储层埋藏深、物性差、井温高达174℃。常规有机硼交联压裂液体系交联快摩阻高、耐高温性差(上限163℃)[1~2],无法满足压裂施工作业的要求;有机锆交联体系尽管具有更高的耐温上限,但对地层伤害较大[3~4]。为此研发了低摩阻、抗高温、低伤害、易返排的有机硼交联压裂液体系,成功实施了加砂压裂作业,为今后此类油气藏的开发提供了宝贵经验。
The Zhongyuan Oilfield Pu 21deep wells purpose layer depth of 4549.1 ~ 4769.3m,the layer span and dispersed,deeply buried reservoirs,poor physical properties the well temperature up to174℃.Conventional organic boron crosslinked fracturing fluid system crosslinked fast friction,temperature resistance(upper limit of 163℃)[1,2],can not meet the requirements of the fracturing operations;organic zirconium crosslinking system has a higher resistance to temperature limit,but the formation damage[3,4].This research and development of low friction,high temperature,low damage,organic boron crosslinked fracturing fluid flowback easy,successful implementation of the the sand fracturing operations,provided valuable experience for the future development of such oil and gas reservoirs.
