摘要 从滤器的截留分子量、操作温度、蠕动泵转速以及混合油浓度4个方面,探索了茶油精炼中有机膜最佳过滤条件为:3kD截留分子量超滤器,操作温度45℃,蠕动泵转速500 r/min,混合油浓度45%。处理后茶油的色泽由Y20.1降低到Y3.8;磷脂含量由212 mg/kg降低到31 mg/kg;酸价由2.3 mg KOH/g降低到0.28 mg KOH/g。结果显示有机膜过滤技术在茶油精炼中,可以起到较好的脱色、脱胶及脱酸的效果。 The paper explores the optimal filtering condition of organic membranes in the refining process of camellia oil from the aspects of retention molecular weight of the ultrafilter, operation temperature, rotation speed of peristaltic pump and the concentration of mixture oil. The results are as follows: the ultrafilter with 3 kD retention molecular weight, 45℃operation temperature, the peristaltic pump with 500 r/min rotation speed, and 45% mixture oil. After the treatment, the color of camellia oil decreases from Y20.1 to Y3.8; the content of phospholipids decreases from 212 mg/kg to 31 mg/kg;the acid value declines from 2.3 mg KOH/g to 0.28 mg KOH/g. The results indicate that good decolorization, degumming and deacidification effects can be achieved by applying filtering technique of organic membrane in the refining process of camellia oil.
