摘要
目的比较3种治疗方案对普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法将200例普通型手足口病患儿分成中医组75例、西医组50例、中西医结合组75例,观察患儿的皮疹消退时间、热退时间及咳嗽、纳差、恶寒等症状消失时间。结果皮疹消退时间,中医组和中西医结合组显著少于西医组(P<0.05);咳嗽、纳差、恶寒等症状消失时间,中医组和中西医结合组显著少于西医组(P<0.05);在体温恢复正常方面,中西医结合组和西医组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中医药治疗手足口病在改善临床症状和减少并发症方面有一定优势。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of three therapeutic regimens of common hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods 200 common HFMD children were assigned to TCM group(n=75),western medicine group(n=75) and integrative medicine group(n=75). The time of deflorescence,and relief time of fever,cough,anorexia,chills and other symptoms of children were observed. Results The time of deflorescence in TCM group,integrative medicine group was shorter respectively than that of western medicine group(P<0.05),the relief time of cough,anorexia and chills were also shorter significantly than those of western medicine group(P<0.05),but there was not significant difference in relief time of cough between integrative medicine group and western medicine group. Conclusion Chinese medicines have some advantages in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing complications for treating HFMD.
