摘要
当前,中国经济生活中存在的投资率偏高、第三产业发展滞后、居民收入差距扩大等结构性问题,都直接或间接地与国民收入分配中存在的问题有关,或者说这些经济结构问题在一定程度上是国民收入分配问题的反映。因此,不断提高居民收入,并根据形势变化调整民国收入分配政策导向,是促进经济结构优化升级的一个重要着力点。
There are problems such as on the high side investment rate, lagged behind developing tertiary industry, increasing gap between residents' income existing in China currently. These phenomena are caused directly or indirectly by the problems existing in the national income allocation policy. Therefore, increasing residents' income continuously and at the same time restructuring national income allocation policy in accordance with changing situation are crucial key points to optimize economic structure in China.
