摘要
本文通过对我国几名优秀女子铅球运动员在准备参加第11届亚运会期间的投掷技术测定、三维摄影测量、横向纵向比较分析,进行了技术诊断,指出了其技术上的优缺点及存在问题所产生的原因,提出了一些改进的建议。
This paper adopted the technical test, 3D cinematogrammetry, transversal and Iongitudinal comparison analysis during the training of being prepared for the llth Asian Games to 4 national top female shotputters. The advantage and shortage on their techniques and its cause were found, and then some propositions for improving shotputting techniques were proposed.
