摘要
复合型体育教师是适应市场经济发展和２１世纪教育需要而提出的一种全新的师资标准，这个标准是对体育院校现行培养目标强有力的挑战，也是改进和制定新的培养目标的主要依据。复合型体育教师的出现，标志着我国体育师资队伍整体素质正发生潜在的变化，也预示着学校体育的变化。
P E teachers of muti-competence type are those new-type teachers to meet the needs of the development of the market economy and of education of the coming century. The criteria of this new type PE teachers are a challenge to the present objective of cultivation in PE institutes and also the basis on which to improve and lay down the new objective of cultivation. The emergence of muti-competence teachers marks the great change in the competence of teachers in China and predicts the change of school sports.
