摘要
阐述了城镇土地多因素综合评价指标体系和选择评价指标的5项原则:主导因素原则、普适性原则、差异性原则、综合性原则、因地制宜原则及确定评价单元和评价指标权重的方法,并对评价单元分值的计算方法和质量级别划分途径进行了探讨。
This essay expounds the index system to evaluate comprehensively, using many fators, the urban land and five principles such as leading factor principle, general suitabilty principle, area difference principle and synthesis principle and the method to define evaluating unit and evaluating index proportion, meanwhile, discusses the calculating methods of evaluating unit fraction and the way of dividing quality scale.
