摘要
评价是信息共享空间建设和管理的重要环节,在简述了国外信息共享空间评价活动及评价必要性、障碍、方法等基本问题后,分别从规划评价和运行评价两个方面详细阐述了国外信息共享空间评价的研究与实践,并指出了信息共享空间评价进一步研究的方向。
Evaluation is an important link in the construction and management of IC.After summarizing the activities,significance,obstacles,and methods of IC evaluation abroad,this article expatiates research and practices in stage of planning and running of IC,and points out the further development direction of IC evaluation.
