摘要
本文对注意缺陷障碍(ADD)研究的历史进行了回顾,对DSM-Ⅲ、DSM-Ⅲ-R、DSM-Ⅳ中ADD的分类和诊断标准的变化进行了分析。从行为、情感、社会性、学习、认知神经等方面对ADD儿童的两种亚型——ADDnoH和ADDH儿童进行了比较。
This article has reviewed the research on attention deficit disorder in the past.The changes of diagnostic and classification standard on ADD in DSM Ⅲ,DSM Ⅲ R and DSM Ⅳhave been analysed.Meanwhile,these two subtypes of ADD:ADDnoH and ADDH at the levels of behavior,emotion,social,learning and neurocognitive,etc.are compared.The results of comparison support the classification of ADDH and ADDnoH in DSM Ⅳ.
