摘要
[目的]分析多发伤患者的临床资料,探讨其死亡原因。[方法]2004年至2009年收治多发伤患者1521例,其中死亡146例,对死亡患者的资料进行统计分析。[结果]本组死亡病例的高发人群为青壮年,21～50岁共72例,占49.3%,明显高于其他年龄组(P<0.01),男性明显高于女性。创伤原因前两位分别是交通事故、高处坠落。[结论]多发伤患者病情危重复杂,许多伤者不可避免死亡,因此应在源头上减少多发伤的发生,加强全社会安全意识及交通法规的教育,普及各种急救知识。
[Objective]To analyze the clinical data of multi-injury patients and the death reason.[Method]In 1521 cases,146 were dead;make statistical analysis on the death patients.[Result]The death cases are mostly youth and middle-aged persons,72 cases aged 21～50,49.3%,much higher than other ages;male more than female.The reasons are mainly transportation accident and falling from high places.[Conclusion]The multi-injury is of severe and complex wound,many can’t avoid death;so we shall reduce the accident source,strengthen social safe idea,transportation education,and popularize all emergency knowledge.
