摘要
高校后勤工作实现社会化，是高等学校管理体制改革的重要组成部分，也是大力推进后勤改革中亟待解决的理论与实践问题。为此，提出了实现后勤社会化的具体目标、主要途径。
The general affairs will be gradually separated from higher education institutions. The socialization of the general affairs work is an important field in the reform of the management system of the higher education institutions and it is also a theoretical and practical problem which must be immediately solved.This paper proposes the specific objective of the general affairs socialization,the major channel to realize the goal,and conditions in and out side the university which can provide and the thinking of setting up the system to ensure the general affairs reform.
