摘要
在监督行政法制中长期以来对行政责任、监督行政、行政救济等重要范畴争论较多、使用较乱，有碍于监督行政法制建设。为此，有必要进一步研究这些概念的内涵。
There have long been some disputes about administrative responsibility,supervisory administration and administrative remedy,etc.The misuse of these concepts hinders the construction of supervisory administrative legality.It is necessary to study further the content and characteristics of these concepts.
