摘要
目的:观察富含血小板血浆联合A型肉毒素治疗面部老化的临床效果。方法：选择120例面部自然老化并光老化的患者。给予富含血小板血浆2ml全面部真皮浅层分点式注射，对于前额、眼周及眉间的动态性皱纹给予衡力A型肉毒素每点2～3U，总量不超过50U的肌肉注射。结果：面部皮肤整体改善有效率（不包括毛细血管扩张症状）：患者评价为83.3%，医生评价为88.7%。结论：富含血小板血浆联合A型肉毒素治疗面部老化疗效确切，有较高的满意率。
Objective To observe the clinic effect of platelet rich plasma(PRP)combined with BTX-A in treatment of aging face. Methods Choosing 120 cases with natural aging and light aging face. All cases were treated with 2ml PRP in dermal layer of whole face by point type injection,meanwhile,with 2~3U each point and total no more than 50U of BTX-A in on forehead,eyes around and glabella with dynamic wrinkles. Results effective rate of the aging face overall improvement(not including telangiectasis)was as follows:83.3% from patients’ evaluation and 88.7% from doctors’ evaluation. Conclusion The treatment of aging face with PRP combined with BTX-A is efficient and safe,with relatively high satisfaction degree.
