剪切力和拉伸应力对血管内皮细胞的影响 被引量:14

摘要 血管内皮细胞(EC)为覆盖于血管内膜表面的连续单层细胞,在体内不断地受到血流动力作用。血流动力学因素可以通过影响EC的形态和功能,影响EC的增殖和凋亡,以及调节细胞外基质的合成及消除等方面,参与血管结构和功能重建。流体剪切力和拉伸应力可调节早期基因的表达,参与调节血管张力、诱导血栓形成、控制细胞生命周期以及血管炎性反应;还可刺激EC释放多种生物活性物质,能使血管张力保持在一定的范围内,过高或过低的流体力学改变均能引起血管损伤。
