摘要
农村环境基础设施既影响到农民的生存环境质量,又影响到区域环境保护效力。本文结合农普资料及村庄入户问卷调研数据分析,探讨北京市农村环境基础设施现状问题及村民需求,以期为环境基础设施建设规划与管理提供科学依据。研究认为,基于农业普查数据,农村环境基础设施还存在许多问题;基于入户调研的村民满意度较低,村民对环境基础设施建设有较大需求;不同区域、不同设施现状水平村庄的村民需求有所不同;村民对切身利益相关的设施认识较好,对与环境保护有关、与切身利益不直接相关的设施建设认识较弱。
Environmental infrastructure in rural areas not only affects the quality of the living environment of farmers,but also affects the effectiveness of the regional environmental protection.Through analysis of agricultural census data and questionnaires of household survey of villages,this paper explores current problems and demands of the environmental infrastructure in rural areas of Beijing,in order to provide a scientific basis for construction planning and management of environmental infrastructure.The results show that there are still many problems on environmental infrastructure in rural areas based on agricultural census data analyses.Based on household survey research,villagers have less satisfaction and has greater demands on environmental infrastructure,and villagers from different regions and from villages with different levels of facilities have different demands,villagers have better understanding of facilities related to vital interests,and have less cognition of facilities related to environmental protection.
