摘要
为探索开发绿色环保钻井液处理剂,利用柚子加工产生的"废物"——柚子皮作为水基钻井液处理剂。评价了柚子皮粉末在钻井液基浆中作用效果,考察了其抗温性、抑制性以及与改性淀粉和PAM的配伍性。实验结果表明,柚子皮粉末具有较好的降滤失作用,但温度高于170℃后失去降滤失作用;柚子皮粉末水提取液对膨润土的水化膨胀有一定的抑制作用;柚子皮粉末与改性淀粉配伍效果优于与PAM配伍效果。鉴于柚子皮在钻井液中良好性能,在此基础上做一些化学改性,柚子皮有望作为绿色、环保、高效的水基钻井液处理剂。
To develop a green additive for drilling fluid,shaddock peel,which is the waste produced by processing shaddock,is used as an addictive for water-based drilling fluid. The effects of shaddock peel powder on the performances of base mud were evaluated. The thermal stability and the inhibition of shaddock peel powder,and its compatibility with modified starch and PAM were studied. The experimental results showed that shaddock peel powder had good role of filtrate loss reduction,but the role was lost at higher than 170 ℃; the water extract of shaddock peel powder could inhibit swelling of clay; The compatibility of shaddock peel powder with modified starch was better than that of PAM. Based on the good properties in drilling fluids,shaddock peel is expected to be used as a green,environmental,and efficient additive for drilling fluid after some chemical modification.
