摘要
目的通过文献计量学分析,了解我国近16年医学数据挖掘与知识发现的发展状况。方法对中国生物医学文献数据库收录的数据挖掘与知识发现文献从出版年份、期刊分布、研究热点、基金论文等进行统计分析。结果医学数据挖掘与知识发现论文从1997年发文量的不足50篇上升到2012年的250篇以上;395种期刊中初步认定22种重点期刊;北京、广东、上海和江苏占文献总量的54.9%;核心作者5人(占作者数的0.4%),发表论文47篇(占文献总数的3.2%);基金资助的论文共1 284篇,占文献总量的66.7%;发文量在20篇以上的单位共有9所,其中大学共7所,中医药大学5所。结论我国医学数据挖掘与知识发现的研究尚不成熟,处于高速发展阶段;地域发展不均衡,呈核心分布;基金论文比例较高,但主要以综述为主,尚处于起步阶段;大学特别是中医药大学是我国医学数据挖掘与知识发现研究方面的重要力量。
Objective To understand the situation of Chinese medical data mining and knowledge discovery by bibliometric analysis.Methods We did statistical analysis on the data mining and knowledge discovery literature on Chinese biomedical bibliographic database,especially in the year of publication,journal distribution,research focus,fund papers etc.Results The number of literature of medical data mining and knowledge discovery papers has grown from less than 50in 1997to more than 250in 2012.There are 22key journals out of 395journals.Papers from Beijing,Guangdong,Shanghai and Jiangsu accounted for 54.9% of the total literature;5core authors(accounting 0.4% of the total)published 47papers(accounting for 3.2% of the total).There are 66.7%funded papers in the total literature.There are nine organizations published more than 20papers,of which 7are universities,5are Chinese Medicine universities.Conclusions Medical data mining and knowledge discovery research in China is not yet mature,and is in the high-speed developing stage.Regional development is not balanced,and was in core distribution pattern.The percentage of fund paper is higher,but are mainly review papers,which is still in the beginning stage.Chinese Medicine universities are the main force in the research of medical data mining and knowledge discovery.
