摘要
阐述保亭林业资源概况,以及森林资源保护与森林生态效益补偿工作现状,实施森林生态效益补偿以来取得的社会、环境效益,指出森林生态效益补偿工作存在的问题,针对森林生态效益补偿存在问题的提出了几点解决措施,以期引起政府主管部门的重视。
This paper describe the current state of forest resource, forest resource protectijon and forest ecological benefit compensation in Baoting, and the social and environmental benefits gained since the introduction of forest ecological benefit compensation scheme. The problems of forest ecological benefit compensation are pointed out, and probable countermeasures have been proposed, in order to draw attentions of government administration.
