摘要
本文简要介绍实验语音学的现状,以及它在汉语语音研究中的应用。实验语音学是一门综合性的大学科,其中只有很小一部分与语言学有关:它对外是"语言学的语音学",对内是"实验音韵学"。近年来这门学科发展迅速,对汉语的语音研究,包括一般语音学、方言研究、音位学和音系学、历史音韵学都有不可舍弃的重要意义,甚至对语法语义研究都能作出贡献。
This paper gives a concise account of the current situation of experimental phonetics and its application to Chinese linguistics.Phonetics,or experimental phonetics,covers a great number of interdisciplinary research fields.Only a very small part of it is concerned with linguistics.In phonetic sciences this small research field is called 'linguistic phonetics',and in linguistics it is called‘experimental phonology’.In recent years experimental phonology has been making substantial progress in Chinese linguistics so that it can contribute to general phonetics; dialectology, phonemics/phonology,historical phonology,and even morphology and semantics.
