摘要
分析南昌市实施基本公共卫生健康教育项目中存在的问题,主要为国家基本公共卫生健康教育项目基金到位不及时或使用不当,基层健康教育工作人员对项目实施不够了解,制作的健康教育资料不科学、不规范,项目及卫生知识普及不到位及大众对项目不知情、不配合。总结了指导基层实施公共卫生服务项目的经验,主要包括定期召开市健康教育工作例会,充分利用新闻媒介促进公众参与,发挥非政府组织在健康教育中的作用等。
In this article,the current problems are analyzed in the implementation of national basic public health education project of Nanchang city,which include that the project funds are not made on time or improperly used,that primary level health education staff do not know enough about the implementation of the project,that the health education materials they made are unscientific and irregular,that the project and health knowledge popularization does not reach the designated position,and that the project is not known and not fit by the public.Some experiences about guiding the implementation of basic public health service project are summarized,including holding a regular meeting in health education work,making full use of the news media to promote public participation,and making non-governmental organizations to play an important role in health education.
