摘要
目的:优化鸦胆子油自微乳化制剂处方并对其质量进行评价。方法:通过可溶性实验,辅料配伍对比实验,绘制三元相图筛选鸦胆子油自微乳最佳处方,用激光粒度扫描仪测定粒径,以乳液澄明度、乳滴粒径、自乳化效率、物理稳定性为指标对其进行质量评价。结果:鸦胆子油自微乳最优处方比例为鸦胆子油0.45g,卵磷脂0.15g,IPM0.15g,RH-400.15g,甘油0.4g,测得乳滴粒径为9.2nm,自乳化时间为20.53s。结论:在37℃下加入50mL纯化水形成鸦胆子油自微乳澄清透明,物理稳定性良好。
Objective:To optimize the formulation of Brucea javanica seed oil selfmicro- emulsifying preparation and evaluate its quality evaluation. Method:The soluble experiment and excipient compatibility comparison experiment were applied. And the preparation was optimized by drawing Ternary phase diagram. The particle size was detected by laser particle scanner. The quality of preparation was evaluated using appearance, particle size, emulsification time after emulsified and physical stability as indexes. Result:The optimum prescription of this preparation was:Brucea javanica seed oil seed oil 0.45 g; Lecithin 0.15 g, IPM 0.15 g,RH-40 0.15 g,Glycerin 0.4 g. The particle size of this preparation was 9.2 nm and Self-emulsifying time was 20.53 s. Conclusion:Brucea javanica seed oil Microself -emulsifying preparation is get by adding 50 mL purification water with clear transparent, good physical stability at 37℃.
