为提高校长培训质量,应通过校长培训机构的资质认定和准入制度,建立不同级别、开放、多元的校长培训专业机构体系。采用市场机制,促进竞争,优化培训资源,建立各具特色、高效的校长培训专业机构体系。加强管理,定期评估,保障合格的校长培训专业机构体系。
In order to improve the training quality,multi-level,open and diverse professional institution system of headmaster training should be built through qualification and admittance system.Adopting market mechanism,competition and optimized training resources to build characteristic and efficient professional institution system.And the system will be secured by improving management and regular assessment.
