摘要
文章以复杂产品系统中的研发团队为研究对象,对团队任务特征是否以及如何通过团队行为影响团队绩效进行了实证研究,采用三步回归法探索了团队行为的中介作用,并对变量间的关系进行了结构方程模型(SEM)检验。研究结果表明:团队任务特征对团队行为有显著的直接影响,并且通过团队行为对团队绩效产生显著影响;同时,团队行为在团队任务特征与团队绩效的关系链中起到了至关重要的作用,是通过团队任务特征提高团队绩效的关键影响因素。
This article conducts an empirical study of whether and how team task characteristics affects team performance, through team behavior by taking R&D teams in complex products and system as subjects.The mediating effects on team behavior are explored by multiple regression analysis, and the relationships between variables are tested by structural equation modeling(S EM).Research results indicate that team task characteristics have a significantly direct influence on team behavior, and have a remarkable influence on team performance through team behavior.The results also show that team behavior plays an important role in team task characteristics and team performance chain, serving as a key factor of improving team performance.
