摘要
通过对我国江浙沪三省市的100家零售医药店进行问卷调查,研究结果发现,不同领导风格对组织绩效的影响有着显著的差异:相比于经典型和交易型的领导风格,远见型和有机型的领导风格往往会帮助企业有效地提升组织绩效;有机型领导风格对组织绩效的正向影响程度均超过其他三种领导风格。因此,企业的领导者可以通过改变自己当前的领导风格或采用远见型或有机型的领导风格来提升员工满意度、顾客满意度和组织的经济效益。在总结已有研究不足的基础上,对领导风格—组织绩效的关系理论研究方面也提出了相应的研究建议。
Data are collected by survey method from 100retail pharmacies in Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang of China.The results reveal significant differences between different leadership styles on performance.The visionary and organic paradigms are associated with enhanced organizational performance compared with classical and transactional leadership style.Organic leadership is related to higher levels of organizational performance than the other paradigms.Therefore,managers that desire to enhance their organizational performance should consider employing visionary or organic leadership styles because these paradigms are conducive to improving financial performance,staff satisfaction and customer satisfaction.Research on leadership-performance relationship also proposes related suggestion based on addressing the gaps in the literature.
