摘要
以城市垃圾焚烧飞灰为原料,制备以阿利尼特(Alinite)为主要矿物的生态水泥。分析飞灰和氯加入量对烧成熟料性质的影响以及熟料煅烧过程中氯的转移特性,并测试所制阿利尼特生态水泥的抗压强度。结果表明:垃圾焚烧飞灰可以作为原料烧制成阿利尼特生态水泥熟料,制成的生态水泥具有很高的抗压强度,其最佳掺量约为20%。飞灰含有的金属阳离子和氯离子促进了阿利尼特矿物的生成,其中氯元素改善了生料的易烧性,降低了碳酸钙的分解温度,当其含量约5%时,阿利尼特矿物的形成率最高,且煅烧过程中氯的挥发率与熟料中氯的浸出率均较低。
Using the municipal solid waste incineration(MSW) fly ash as the raw material to prepare eco-cement with Alinite as the main composition.The influence of ash and chloride addition on cement clinker's performance and the behavior of chloride were investigated.Moreover,the compressive strength of prepared Alinite eco-cement was tested.Results showed that,the MSW incineration fly ash can be used as the raw material for Alinite eco-cement clinker with high compressive strength,its suitable addition amount was about 20%.The metal cation and chloride ion contained in fly ash enhanced the formation of Alinite mineral.The chloride improved the raw meal's burnability and decreased the decomposition temperature of calcium carbonate,the largest amount of Alinite mineral was formed when the chloride addition was about 5%.Additionally,both the volatilization rate and dissolution rate of chloride were at a relatively low level during the calcination process.
