大学生领导力开发的现状及对策研究——基于对全国705名高校学生干部的调查与分析被引量：29

摘要当前,人们日益认识到领导力发展对于促进个人提升和推动社会进步的巨大作用。已有不少高校开展了大学生领导力教育的实践性活动,但这些活动往往缺乏整体设计和系统性。基于对全国705名高校学生干部的大学生领导力开发现状的调查与分析,加强大学生领导力教育,必须在实施过程中融入高效的学习策略来提升项目的有效性;重点应放在拓宽教育覆盖面、提高学生参与率上,吸引学生更多地关注自身的领导力发展;需要更加多元化、多样化,以适应不同层次、不同群体学生的差异化需求。
