摘要
社会主义新农村建设是按照新时代的要求,对农村进行经济、政治、文化和社会等方面的全面建设。现阶段,农村建设的重点一直放在经济建设和政治建设上,而忽略了文化建设。通过对新乡县八个村庄新农村文化建设的现状分析,提出有效措施,发展农村特色文化,以推动新农村文化建设顺利进行。加强农村公共文化建设,开展形式多样的、丰富多彩的,体现农村地方特色的群众文化活动,丰富农民群众的精神文化生活。
The construction of new socialist countryside culture is a comprehensive rural construction of economy,politics,culture,society and other aspects according to the requirements of the new era.At present,economic construction and political construction are regarded as important on rural construction,but the cultural construction has been overlooked.By means of researching current situation about new countryside culture construction in eight villages of Xinxiang County,the effective actions are proposed in order to promote the cultural construction of the new socialist countryside.Strengthen rural public culture construction,carry out a variety of rich and colorful cultural life representing rural local characteristics,and enrich peasant masses' spiritual and cultural life.
