摘要
目的分析个性化护理对甲状腺肿瘤患者术前焦虑的影响。方法选取2011年3月～2012年5月于本院拟进行手术治疗的86例甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)和观察组(个性化护理组)每组各43例,将两组患者干预前及干预后的相关知识掌握情况、自我效能感评分及SAS、HAMA评分进行比较。结果观察组干预后的相关知识掌握优良率高于对照组,自我效能感评分及SAS、HAMA评分均优于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论个性化护理对改善甲状腺肿瘤患者术前焦虑有积极的作用,主要为通过改善患者的知识掌握情况和治疗信心来实现的。
Objective To analyze the influence of individualized nursing nursing for the preoperative anxiety of patients with thyroid neoplasm.Methods 86 patients with thyroid neoplasm who would be treated with operation in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing group)and observation group(individualized nursing group)with 43 cases in each group,and the mastery situation of related knowledge,self-efficacy score and SAS,HAMA score of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results The mastery situation of related knowledge excellent and good rate of observation group after the intervention was higher than that of control group,self-efficacy score and SAS,HAMA score were all better than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The individualized nursing plays an active role in improving the preoperative anxiety of patients with thyroid neoplasm,and it achieves the goal by improving the mastery situation of related knowledge and treatment of faith.
