摘要
大型沉管隧道管段结构防水关系到施工安全和后期运营安全,是工程的重难点之一,喷涂聚脲防水涂料防水层在大型沉管隧道管段外包防水中的应用是该防水材料应用领域的一个创新。以天津海河沉管隧道工程为例,介绍聚脲防水涂料及其施工方法、工艺和施工组织方式,特别针对外侧墙喷涂层和防水钢板搭接部位、纵向和环向施工缝处、顶板预埋钢板和人孔处、沉管钢端封墙预埋角铁处等特殊部位,采用了加强层、层间搭接等处理措施,还介绍涂层的质量检测标准和手段,指出喷涂过程中涂层出现鼓包及破损等缺陷时相应的修补措施。
The waterproofing of tube segment structure of large-scale immersed tube tunnel is related to the construction safety and the later operation safety,which is one of the key and difficult points of the project.Then the application of polyurea waterproof paint in tube segments of lager-scale immerged tube tunnel is a technical innovation of the application fields of this kind of waterproof paint.This paper,taking the immerged tube tunnel project at the Tianjin Haihe River as an example,introduces the polyurea waterproof paint and its construction method and process as well as the construction organization pattern.Further,this paper especially introduces the special treatment measures such as the strengthened coating and the inter-coating overlapping,which are located at the special places such as the overlapping place between the outer wall coating and the waterproof steel plate,place with longitudinal and hoop construction joints,places with embedded steel plate or man-hole at the top slab,and the place with embedded angle iron at the tube steel end sealing-wall.In addition,this paper introduces the quality inspection standards and methods to the coating and puts forward the corresponding treatment measures to the coating defects such as the bulges or breakage in the process of coating construction.
