摘要
新疆少数民族基础教育质量不够高已是不争的事实。"振兴教育的希望在教师",唯有促进新疆少数民族教师专业发展才是根本之策。特别是目前新疆的少数民族基础教育正处在巨大的转型时期,怎样才能有效地促进他们的专业发展?该研究通过实证调查了解到新疆中小学维吾尔族教师专业发展的模式需求是培训模式与合作模式,从理论上论证分析了教研员是教师专业发展的引领者,基于合作教师文化的教研组是教师专业发展的专业组织。在此基础上,该研究提出,"教研员+教研组"是促进新疆维吾尔族中小学教师专业发展的有效模式。
It is an undisputable fact that Xinjiang's ethnic-minority elementary teaching quality is yet to be improved.The hope in revitalizing education is in teachers and the only way out is to promote Xinjiang's ethnic-minority teachers' professional development.Especially at present,Xinjiang's ethnic-minority elementary education is at transition.How to promote their professional development with efficiency? The research from empirical survey shows that the model demand of the professional development in Uygur teachers from elementary and secondary schools in Xinjiang has demonstrated in theory that teaching researchers are guides in teachers' professional development based on the fact that culture-teaching and research group of cooperative teachers is a specialized organization for teachers' professional development.On such a basis,the research suggests that 'teaching-research fellow+teaching research group' is an efficient model for the promotion of Uygur teachers' professional development in Xinjiang.
