摘要
为了促进风能的利用与发展,减小大型并网风电场输出功率不稳定给电力系统调度带来的影响,提出了一种基于功率预测和储能系统配合的风电场功率波动平抑方法。分析了风电场日出力曲线与储能容量关系,对风电场历史实测风速数据进行统计,给出风电场合理的储能容量,以期为风电场储能系统容量的选取提供参考。根据某额定装机容量为100 MW的风电场实测风速数据对功率波动平抑过程进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to promote use and development of wind energy,a wind power fluctuation stabilization method is proposed based on power forecasting and cooperation of energy storage system to reduce the impact of large-scale grid-connected wind farm output fluctuation to power system dispatch.The relationship between wind farm output and energy storage capacity is analyzed.A reasonable energy storage capacity in wind farm is given from statistical analysis of history farm wind speed data.The simulation and analysis of the power fluctuations stabilization process of a 100 MW wind farm according to measured wind speed history data demonstrated the efficiency and feasibility of proposed method.
