摘要
对国外无损检测可靠性研究进行介绍,重点介绍了检出率、错报率、定量准确率和受训者工作特征等可靠性指标以及检出率指标的2种常用计算模型;总结了目前可靠性评价最常用的3种计算方法并比较其优缺点;给出在可靠性研究方面的工程应用实例,指出了我国与先进国家在无损检测可靠性研究方面的差距。所涉及的内容对国内无损检测可靠性研究及其工程应用具有借鉴意义。
The research on reliability of foreign non-destructive testing(NDT) were described,focusing on the reliability parameters such as defect inspection rate,probability of false alarm,reliability of quantification and receiver operation characteristics.Two common calculation models of defect inspection rate were given.Three conventional calculation methods on NDT reliability evaluation were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages between the three methods were compared.The engineering applications of NDT reliability research were introduced.The difference of NDT reliability research between China and advanced countries were given.The results can provide a reference for the NDT reliability research and engineering application of China.
