摘要
现阶段情报导向警务正在我国如火如荼地推进,从系统论的视角看,情报导向警务虽然具有诸多优势,而且与我国警务改革有契合之点,但是也存在着本土的障碍,包括情报导向警务本身的短板和对警务系统带来的冲击。情报导向警务本土化应当遵循渐进性和多样化的构建路径。
Information oriented policing localization is now moved forward.From the view of system theory,it no doubt has many advantages and corresponding points with our policing reform,but at the same time has local limits,including the shortages itself and the lash to police system.Information oriented policing localization should follow the gradual path of diversification.
