摘要
结合上海市卫生总费用核算数据,分析了上海市疾病预防控制机构和卫生监督机构2002-2009年的收入与支出及人员经费状况等,指出存在的问题并提出政策建议。
With the data of Shanghai total expenditure on health(STEH),the status of revenue and expenditure of the centers for disease control and prevention and health supervision facilities in Shanghai from 2002 to 2009 were analyzed.Meanwhile,certain problems in the economic situation of public facilities were identified and relevant policy recommendations were made.
