摘要
比较了绩效评价中常用的层次分析法与因子分析法,选取某高校14个教学分院为样本,以10项与之相对应的教学建设与研究指标,构建了教学建设与研究绩效评价指标体系,得出了14个教学分院在教学建设与研究绩效评价中的排名.
The analytic hierarchy process is compared with factor analysis that often used in performance evaluation.14 departments are chosen as the samples in a university,with 10 indicators of teaching construction and research corresponding to the samples,the system of performance evaluation in teaching construction and research are constructed,the rank of the 14 department is achieved.
