摘要
介绍了一种空间遥感器百叶罩的研制技术,基于百叶罩的结构特点和技术要求,重点对材料选择、工艺特点与工艺方法、模具设计、振动试验情况进行了讨论。结果表明,周向抱合式组合模具、一体化成型工艺制造的复合材料百叶罩,阻尼性能优良,质量轻,满足光学遥感器的特殊要求。
The manufacture processing for shutter-type baffle in space remote sensor is introduced in this paper. Material selection, technique, mould design, vibration test are discussed mainly, based on the structure characteristic and requirement of baffle. The results show that axial-hybrid mold and integrated moulding technology can resolve the forming of complex curved surface baffle, It has good damping mechanism and light weight, is able to meet the special requirements.
