摘要
目的:探讨肝脏各种良性病变的CT表现及其诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的163例肝脏良性病变的CT资料。结果:肝胆管囊腺瘤1例,肝脏血管瘤38例,肝细胞腺瘤1例,肝脏脂肪瘤1例,肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例,局灶性结节增生1例,炎性假瘤1例,肝脏囊肿45例,细菌性肝脓肿32例,肝脏炎性肉芽肿1例,肝脏结核1例,肝脏包虫40例。结论:肝脏各种良性病变具有一定的临床和CT特征。CT对肝脏各种良性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。
Purpose:To investigate CT manifestations and diagnostic value of benign disease of the liver.Materials and Methods:CT data in 163 patients with benign disease of the liver proved pathologically were retrospectively reviewed.Results:Of the 163 cases,biliary ducts cystadenoma of liver in 1 case.hemangioma of the liver in 38 cases.hepatocellar adenoma in 1 case.hepatic lipoma in 1 case.angiomyolipoma of liver in 1 case.focal nodular hyperplasia in 1 case.inflammatory pseudotumor of the liver in 1 case.hepatic cyst in 45 cases.bacterial liver abscess in 32 cases.granulomate of liver in 1 case.liver tuberculosis in 1 case.hepatic echinococcosis in 40 cases.Conclusion:Benign disease of the liver have certain imaging characteristics and CT was valuable in diagnosing and diferential diagnosing all of the benign disease of the liver.
