摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断对其治疗与预后十分重要,而磁共振成像(MRI)在乳腺癌的早期诊断中发挥着越来越重要的作用。MRI主要包括:动态增强扫描、弥散加权成像、灌注成像、磁共振波谱分析及磁共振引导下穿刺活检术。MRI以其本身所特有的优点成为乳腺癌早期诊断的一种十分重要的手段。 Breast carcinoma is the common malignant tumor in women.Detection in the early stage is therefore critical to breast carcinoma management and prognosis.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is playing more and more important role in the early diagnosis of breast carcinoma.It main includes dynamic enhanced MRI,diffusion weighted imaging,perfusion weighted imaging,magnetic resonance spectroscopy as well as MRI-guide needle biopsy.MRI becomes a very important tool to detect the breast carcinoma with its own unique advantages of early diagnosis.
