摘要
为了解江西省及周边省份布病在猪群中的感染情况,本文应用微量凝集试验对主要来自江西省的831份猪血清样本,进行了布病血清学调查,结果 831份血清样本中有37份阳性,阳性率4.45%;其中江西省586份血清中有25份阳性,阳性率4.26%;福建省245份血清中有12阳性,阳性率4.89%。说明江西省及周边地区猪群中存在布病的感染,阳性率在5%左右。
To know the infection of porcine brucellosis in our province and the provinces nearby,we tested the 831serum which mostly obtained from our province.And we researched the serology of brucellosis by brucella micro agglutination test.The result shows that 37 samples of 831 are positive,which makes the positive rate of 4.45%,among it,25 of 586 samples from Jiangxi Province are positive,and the positive rate is 4.26%,12 of 245 samples from Fujian Province are positive,and the positive rate is 4.89%.The result indicates that there is infection of brucellosis in porcine of our province and provinces nearby,and the positive rate is about 5%.
