螺旋CT三维重建在牙损伤诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建在牙损伤临床诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:螺旋CT薄层扫描后,将原始数据用3D软件行MPR、MIP及VR等三维重建,并进行旋转、切割,以观察损伤牙及其周围结构改变。结果:薄层横断轴位图像及三维重建MPR、MIP、VR诸图像联合观察应用均能明确发现诊断损伤牙的部位、类型及伴发的其它损伤性改变,效果极佳。结论:薄层横断轴位、MPR、MIP、VR在观察牙损伤时各有优势性和局限性。在临床检查中应联合应用各图像,以提高在牙损伤诊断的准确性。 Purpose:Explore spiral CT 3 d reconstruction in the teeth of the application of the damage clinical diagnosis value.Materials and Methods:In a spiral CT TLC scanning,then the original data in the 3 D software do MPR,MIP and VR,3 D reconstruction,and rotary,cutting,to observe the teeth and its surrounding structure damage change.Results:Thin layer hengduan shaft bit image and 3 d reconstruction MPR,MIP,VR image observe the joint application,All can clear diagnosis of damage that tooth site,type and other damage of comorbid sex change,excellent results.Conclusion:Thin layer hengduan shaft,and a MPR,MIP,VR,they look at tooth injury each has advantage sex and limitations.In the clinical examination should be combined application of each image,to improve their teeth in the damage of the accuracy of the diagnosis.
