摘要
农网三相负荷不平衡的问题一直没有得到足够重视,导致了农网降损难度大。深入分析了三相不平衡负荷对农网线损的影响,提出了针对三相负荷不平衡的管理和技术措施,特别对三相负荷不平衡的就地平衡法进行研究,提出操作的规范步骤,并对无功平衡补偿装置的安装使用进行说明,最后通过实际案例的计算分析说明所提方法在调整三相不平衡负荷,降低农网线损上的有效性。
The imbalance of three-phase load in rural distributing system didn't get enough attention,making it difficult to drop the line loss.The influence of the unbalanced three-phase load to the rural electric line loss is deeply analyzed and measures about management and technology are also proposed to balance the three-phase load.Some standard operating procedures are putted forward and some explanations are given on how to use and install the reactive and balance compensation devices. The calculation and analysis of the actual cases with proposed methods show the effectiveness of the proposed methods in adjusting the unbalanced three-phase load and dropping the line loss.
