摘要
基于实测数据的植物建模是数字植物研究的基础问题。为此,较系统地介绍了基于图像和真三维两种实测数据的植物形态建模方法。通过对基于单幅图像、多幅图像以及基于数字化仪、三维扫描仪等4种典型方法的优缺点的详细分析,对该领域中仍存在的问题进行了阐述和总结。最后,对基于实测数据的植物形态建模研究与应用的发展趋势进行了展望。
Real data-based plant modeling is the fundamental problem for research on digital plant.In this paper,we firstly describes the methods of real data-based plant modeling with image and 3D data,and four typical methods are discussed for comparison when being used in construction of morphogenetic models of plants.These include the method of image-based,3D digitizer-based and 3D scanner-based.Finally,we summarize the existing issues in this field and highlight the perspectives from the viewpoint s of research and applications.
