摘要
为了揭示微雾捕尘机理,介绍了高压微雾除尘系统的构成及其工作原理,通过多相流模拟技术,结合现场实例,阐述了典型尘源点的发尘机理以及除尘系统技术参数确定方法.结果表明:除尘系统的水压、流量、以及密封罩的长度等主要技术参数的选择取决于粉尘颗粒在雾腔内有效沉积长度.这为粉尘污染控制技术提供了理论指导.
The droplet,less than 10 microns in diameter,can be produced by the high-pressure micro-fog system.It is necessary to find out the dust-capturing mechanism of the micro-fog.low water consumption,big fog density and high dust-elimination efficiency are the characteristics of the micro-fog system,which is a focus of domestic and international research.The structure and work principle of high-pressure micro-fog system are introduced.Dust production mechanism of typical dust-source and determination method of technical parameters of dust removal system are discussed,by multiphase flow simulation technology,combined with field examples.The results show that the main technical parameters,such as the water-pressure,the flow-volume and the length of sealing cover depend on the dust particle deposition in the effective length of the fog chamber.Which provides a theoretical guidance for dust control technology.
