摘要
为了降低城市轨道交通中新兴的无线CBTC信号系统开通时的项目风险,从安全关键系统的V模型入手,通过研究软件开发过程的螺旋模型,结合IEC在铁路应用系统领域的标准,提出了一种基于螺旋模型的无线CBTC信号系统项目的开通方法。运用该方法将项目开通分为3个时期:固定闭塞的一期项目、"准移动闭塞"的二期项目,以及移动闭塞的三期项目,各期项目的功能范围逐步扩大,直至合同最终完成。项目实际执行结果表明:该开通方式的各个时期均能有效降低安全风险,并满足用户要求的运营性能参数。
To reduce the project risk of the burgeoning radio CBTC signalling system in urban rail transit,in light of V-model of key safety system,through researching into spiral mode of software development process,considering IEC standards in railway application system,this paper provides one new method about the project opening by spiral model-based radio CBTC signalling system.This method divides the project into 3 stages: project stage1 with fixed blocking,project stage2 with 'quasi-movable blocking',and project stage3 with movable blocking,each stage's function scope will be increased gradually until the contract is completed.Actual project implement result indicates: all the three project stages under this method can lower the project safety risk,and customer's performance requirements can also be satisfied.
