摘要
提出构建林业资源可持续利用综合评价指标体系,其指标选取具有全面性、主导性、区域性、差异性、动态性和可操作性,分别在森林基本因子、防护林资源、原始林资源、生态环境质量4个方面选取24个因子作为评价指标;统计出森林基本因子指数、防护林资源指数、原始林资源指数、生态环境质量指数,进行加权计算形成综合评价指数。评估结果表明,区域森林生态效益可持续发展综合评价指数为1.06,达到良好水平。
Put forward the evaluation index system about sustainable development of forestry resources. The indexes were comprehensive,magistral,dynamic and operable. The 24 factors were selected from 4 aspects including forest basic factor,protection forest resources,virgin forest resources,eco-environmental quality. And the indexes of all aspects were counted. Then comprehensive evaluation index was formed by weighted calculation. The results indicated that the comprehensive evaluation index about sustainable development of regional forest ecological benefits was 1.06,reaching a good standard.
