摘要
在就业面试中,压力贯穿于面试的整个过程。大学生在就业面试中扮演着一个既要接受提问与考察,又要自我表现的角色。这种角色下大学生往往会出现种种不良的心理表现,本文针对大学生在压力面试中的不良心理表现提出了应对策略。
