校园创新氛围是一种特色校园文化,具有教化、导向和激励功能,是实施创新教育、培养创新人才的重要途径。高校可从完善文化设施、更新教育观念和搭建活动平台等三方面来营造浓厚的校园创新氛围。
The atmosphere on campus is an innovative feature of campus culture,with enlightenment,guidance and encouragement function,it is an important way to implement innovative education,cultivate innovative talents.Universities can improve the cultural facilities,update the concept and build a platform of education in three aspects of innovation to create a strong campus atmosphere.
