流式细胞术在细胞凋亡检测中的应用和研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 细胞凋亡实际上是细胞死亡的一种特殊方式,它在机体的组织发生、细胞分化、免疫应答和肿瘤发生等多种病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。凋亡的细胞除伴随有一系列的形态学改变外,从细胞膜、细胞器到细胞核均会发生不同程度的生物化学和细胞生物学改变,近年发展起来的流式细胞术(FCM)正是利用这一特性对凋亡细胞进行快速定量检测,获得了较为广泛地应用,现将近几年 FCM 在这一领域中的最新研究进展综述如下。
