小肠脂肪瘤伴肠套叠一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,65岁,因腹痛腹胀20d入院。查体:左中腹部及脐周部压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,左中腹部可扪及一大小约10cm×6cm肿块,质地中等活动度可,肠鸣音稍弱。实验室检查:血小板1037×109/L,生化肝肾功能未见异常。全腹部64层螺旋CT提示:左中下腹部肠管套叠,管壁增厚,近段肠管积气积液,盆腔少量积液;
